I'm just not sure Outlook knows exactly where to look.
No blatent errors jumping out at me, and Outlook can create profiles for new users and run the OOt O settings just fine, so the configuration on that end seems sound too.
I'm pretty sure Outlook 2013 is trying to get at the OAB, but may refer to the wrong URL for whatever reason.
They do for my colleague sitting next to me, so I don’t think it is a server misconfiguration or something like that.
Is there any way I can force a manual update of the Offline Address Book (OAB) in Outlook or reset it completely otherwise?
From there, right-click any selected contact and choose "Add to Contacts".
You can select all of them by selecting the first one, scrolling to the end of the list, and click the last item.
Outlook Social Connector is normal - I have it on my contacts as well.
Microsoft Support has an article on offline address books which may be helpful in this situation..appears you have cached mode turned on (it is by default on the clients) The Outlook Social connector (Free with Outlook 2010/2013) will do what you are asking for.
Then we get which doesn't show anything I haven't looked at.
Well, other than actually go ahead and changing URL's, switching mailboxes between databases, or outright creating a new OAB, and arbitraty mailbox, and linking that to all databases.
I've not been able to figure out what URL it's actually trying to connect to (nor where it's pulling that information from), so that I might be able to track what's happening to it.
